Overview In this role you drive sales and profitability for Technogym’s digital offerings in Italy, supporting Field Sales and delivering product training. You will proactively visit prospects, sell software solutions, and maximize Mywellness platform usage through education and activation. You’ll build best practices from customer success stories, manage forecasts, and plan initiatives to boost satisfaction. This role blends sales accountability with customer success to expand digital adoption and value.

Responsabilità

Achieve sales and profitability targets for digital offerings (software, hardware, devices) Support Field Sales in pre-sales activities and provide product training on Wellness Network Identify and visit prospects to sell software solutions regardless of existing equipment opportunities Educate and activate customers via e-learning, live education,



and tutoring to maximize Mywellness usage Extract and share best practices from successful customer cases to demonstrate value of the digital solution Provide reliable forecast and pipeline management Promote initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali

2-3 years of experience in digital sales or related field Experience in the fitness and wellness industry Excellent English proficiency and strong knowledge of digital products and market trends Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales processes Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market analysis and benchmarking Demonstrated project management and goal orientation abilities Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships Excellent negotiation and sales techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously passionate about fitness proactive and relationship-oriented team player and ethical digital sales processes market analysis and benchmarking forecasting and pipeline management
