Overview In this role you will support international freight operations for Campari’s European plants and co-manufacturers, ensuring timely, compliant shipments and cost-efficient logistics. You will work with internal teams and external transport partners to optimize service levels and data integrity. You will handle pre/post-shipment administration and contribute to IT data flows for accurate reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in cross-border logistics within a leading global spirits company, with a clear impact on cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Responsabilità





Define weekly transportation plans based on allocation data Serve as internal and external reference for transport partners Proactively resolve shipping issues to protect customer delivery Maintain accurate pre/post-shipment administration Ensure consistency of transportation data in SAP and FP&A; systems Coordinate with 3PLs, Plant Logistics, FP&A; and other stakeholders Lead and mentor the team to improve performance and development

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Business Management Fluent English and Italian (both mandatory) MS Office package with advanced Excel capabilities Strong customer service orientation with cost optimization mindset Ownership mindset, high energy and drive Self-confident, organized team player Stress tolerance and ability to multitask and prioritize Effective communication with vendors and colleagues customer service orientation communication skills team leadership and coaching SAP Satellite FP&A; systems MS Office (advanced Excel)
