Overview In this role you lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Sprinklr platform solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on CCaaS and digital transformation. You’ll work across sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to ensure architectures meet customer goals and pave the way for successful implementations. You’ll define architecture blueprints, craft security and operational artifacts, and ensure best practices and compliance throughout delivery. This is a hands-on, customer-facing senior role that shapes large-scale customer experiences on Sprinklr’s unified platform.

Responsabilità

Design and implement Sprinklr solutions for assigned accounts, validating designs with stakeholders Lead solution architecture decisions and craft scoping estimates for TPA-driven engagements Produce architectural artifacts, security documentation, and operational foundations Create low-level designs and blueprints for digital transformation Ensure best practices,



configuration health, and adherence to UAT/sandbox protocols Support project delivery, handover to customer success, and oversight during design Share industry use cases and best practices to improve customer experience Maintain awareness of Managed Services initiatives across accounts

Requisiti fondamentali

8+ years in architect/consulting roles with complex CCaaS/digital transformation focus Sprinklr platform experience through implementations/integrations Telco/call center network/infrastructure and SaaS/Cloud enterprise architecture Experience with telephony, network, database, security, integrations Ability to translate business objectives into outcome-focused roadmaps Expert knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, CFM/CRM/CSM stacks REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks proficiency SAML/SSO/OAuth authentication knowledge Relational databases and MongoDB knowledge English and Italian fluency Role based in Milan with on-site presence 3 days/week team player proactive learner strong stakeholder communication CCaaS and digital transformation architectures Call Centre technology stacks CPaaS/CCaaS platforms
