Responsabilità

Work in small consulting teams (3–5) on client projects Gather, analyze,



and synthesize information to form hypotheses Develop and present recommendations to client management Collaborate with client teams to implement solutions Receive ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring from senior colleagues Engage in broader topics across industries and functions to broaden expertise

Requisiti fondamentali

Master degree or equivalent in a relevant field 4+ years of experience in technology consulting or related areas (IT strategy, digital transformation, application development, IT architecture, infrastructure, e-commerce, multichannel, digital payments) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively Exceptional analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities English and Italian proficiency Team collaboration Effective communication Strong analytical thinking IT strategy consulting digital transformation application development
