Position

We are looking for a Finance Controller Assistant to join our amazing Southern Europe Finance team at Christian Dior Italy S.r.l, based in Milan.

In addition to reporting directly to the Senior Finance Controller, the person will also act as a link between the local accounting teams (Turkey, Greece and Cyprus) and EMEA Finance team, and will have direct day-to-day communication with other functions of the office.

The internship in Finance Controlling is a fantastic opportunity to kick off your career and develop critical skills. You will be involved in the following activities:

- Provide weekly and monthly internal reporting on business performance’
- Support Senior Finance Controller on the monitoring and analysis of local accounting teams’ deliverables
- Participate to the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Be responsible in controlling specific PL lines assigned by the Controller
- Contribute to improve the controlling flows
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis required by CFO and EMEA/Central Finance team
- Support in monitoring the KPIs

Requirements:

- University Degree in Finance and Business Administration




- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Fluent in English + other languages are a plus.
- Proficient use of Excel and Office 365
- Critical mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-working attitude
- Committed, flexible and willing to learn
