4–5+ years of autonomous project delivery and stakeholder coordination Experience in tech leadership and delivering backend/frontend solutions Autonomy in managing requirements and delivery Outcome- and product-driven mindset Delivery management and Agile practices Collaborates with Product and Design to translate business requirements into solutions Familiar with AI in development workflows (AI IDEs and CLIs) team collaboration ownership and accountability effective communication Vue / Nuxt3 (or React) Typescript Node.js and NestJS
