Overview In this program you train and rotate across technical sales roles to become a Solutions Engineer. You build AI-enabled technical skills, bridge technical requirements with business value, and grow within a hub-based, mentored environment. The program progresses from immersive bootcamp in Amsterdam to rotations, then a transition to Milan as a SE. You gain certifications and work with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges. This role offers fast-track development in elite technical sales.

Requisiti fondamentali

Technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEM) or proven real-world technical curiosity Fluent in English and local language of the country Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without sponsorship Willing to relocate to Amsterdam for the first year Up to 2 years of professional experience Learning agility Emotional intelligence Effective communicator Networking and software interest (Java/Python) AI-enabled solution design Technical problem-solving ability
