Overview In this role you will ensure a stable supply of materials and services for state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, drive cost competitiveness, and manage supplier performance. You will lead sourcing activities, support NPI and high-volume manufacturing programs, and mitigate supply risks. This is a hands-on role in a global, supply-chain driven environment with meaningful impact on production and delivery timelines.

Responsabilità

Ensure continuity of supply while meeting quality, delivery, and cost objectives Manage purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and resolve invoicing issues Drive supplier performance for on-time delivery and quality Collaborate on demand and supply planning, including pull-in/push-out execution Lead inventory optimization, including E&O; reduction Lead RFQ activities and sourcing strategies for cost, lead time,



and risk balance Support commercial negotiations with suppliers to improve cost and timing Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Program Management to resolve supply chain challenges

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supplier Management Experience managing suppliers in a manufacturing environment Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Independent self-starter who collaborates cross-functionally Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to discuss and explain opinions in English clearly Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs Knowledge of Build-to-Print components and precision manufacturing processes Experience sourcing electromechanical products (controllers, robots, sensors, actuators, electronic assemblies) SAP knowledge and ERP procurement systems experience strong communication relationship-building self-motivation SAP ERP procurement systems New Product Introduction (NPI)
