Overview As IT Lead for Amazon Operations, you will direct a multi-location IT team delivering innovative technical support to our operations network. You’ll partner with facility leaders to ensure reliable infrastructure, safety-driven practices, and continuous IT improvements across fulfillment, sortation, and last mile. You’ll shape infrastructure builds for new facilities and drive timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment. This role offers broad exposure to global operations and a path to influence how we fulfill customer promises at scale.

Hire, train,



and develop a multi-site IT team Support safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe workplace Provide technical assistance to improve IT solutions for operations Maintain positive relationships with operational partners and staff Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities Plan and supervise day-to-day technical support activities (troubleshooting, service requests, installations) Monitor and meet SLA targets for response and resolution Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and processes Oversee equipment and parts inventory management Create and support recognition and communication programs Travel up to 30%

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional or military experience 5+ years of leading technical teams across multiple locations Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership Experience with network, system, or software architecture Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting physical IT infrastructure leadership stakeholder management clear communication network architecture systems architecture software architecture
