Overview As Senior Designer - Fashion Show, you drive leatherwear-focused design for runway collections in a luxury house with a century of craftsmanship. You collaborate with Design Studio and Product Development to shape concepts into execution-ready designs. You translate ideas into precise sketches, technical drawings, and comprehensive specs that guide production. You contribute to fittings, styling sessions, and shoots, ensuring consistency across development stages. You join a quality-driven, cross-functional team that values timeless craft and innovative design.

Responsabilità

Support the design team through creative research and development for seasonal collections Translate concepts into sketches and detailed design proposals Produce technical drawings detailing shapes, constructions, stitching, patterns, and graphics Create and maintain technical specification sheets for construction, materials, techniques, color ranges, and accessories Liaise with product development and cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility and consistency across development stages Provide support during fittings, styling sessions, photoshoots,



and other project activities Contribute to the ongoing refinement and evolution of product collections

Requisiti fondamentali

Strong technical expertise in leatherwear (materials, construction, finishing) Degree in Fashion Design Fluency in English and Italian Proven ability to develop precise, detailed technical drawings with attention to stitching and construction Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design and documentation Excellent freehand sketching skills Strong sensitivity to quality, craftsmanship, and contemporary design research Solid understanding of accessory and product construction with meticulous attention to detail Creative, flexible, open-minded, able to work across multiple product categories Prior experience in a comparable design role is required Knowledge in outerwear and tailoring is a plus Strong communication Teamwork in cross-functional environments Creative and flexible mindset Leatherwear technical knowledge Technical drawing Stitching and construction details
