Overview As Manufacturing Engineer Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement in production, applying Lean thinking to increase efficiency and value for customers. You’ll collaborate with R&D;, QA and operations to optimize processes, train line operators, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll solve problems across plants using structured methodologies and help standardize training modules. This role offers hands-on impact in a scalable manufacturing environment within Technogym Village, Cesena.

Responsabilità

Lead problem solving activities (6σ, Kaizen) in production Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing Coordinate line balances with team leaders based on productivity and resources Organize and improve training modules (quality, time and method, line balancing) Assess projects and resources for CI activities Validate manufacturing processes,



equipment and safety standards Participate in process audits and improve quality control standards

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering with focus on production and logistics 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or manufacturing/production/time and methods/logistics Fluent in Italian and English (B2 CEFR) Knowledge of production and assembly processes Knowledge of Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ) Objective-oriented with good interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills Nice-to-have: experience in Automotive/Industrial series production; knowledge of SAP and Power BI team-player mindset proactive ethical Lean fundamentals (Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ) Problem solving and process optimization SAP
