Overview As Legal Counsel you will provide proactive legal support across the business, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing external counsel. You’ll work in a high-profile, international environment and partner with multiple departments to mitigate risk and enable growth. You’ll help develop policies and templates, aligning legal strategy with business objectives. Responsabilità

Draft, review and negotiate contractual documents across geographies in Italian and English Advise on corporate, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigations and sustainability issues Coordinate with clients,



suppliers and project teams; attend meetings Manage corporate obligations with notaries and local authorities; obtain certificates Coordinate with external lawyers for litigation with ensured cost-efficient support Develop and maintain procedures, matrices and policies at Technogym Group level Create templates and standards; maintain understanding of Group policies Advise on IP, competition and IT laws; support multiple teams on legal issues Drive risk management, ensure compliance with laws and regulations; deliver high-quality work under deadlines

Requisiti fondamentali

Law Degree with full marks Member in good standing in a European Bar 5-7 years of experience in corporate and contract law Strong experience in corporate and commercial matters Experience in managing external legal counsels Strong written and spoken Italian and English Pragmatic problem solving; ability to work under pressure Proven track record in unstructured environments and multi-project prioritization strong communication proactive and self-starting relationship-building corporate and contract law external counsels management IP, competition and IT law
