Responsabilità
Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services from concept through project completion Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, drawings and design documentation Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, communication, fire alarm and low-voltage systems Coordinate activities with other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery Manage deliverables, schedules and priorities while upholding high technical standards Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Participate in client meetings, technical workshops and project reviews Support bids,
tenders and technical proposals Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and sustainability standards Contribute to continuous improvement and technical excellence
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical building services engineering, preferably in consultancy Fluent in Italian and English Strong expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and building electrical systems Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary projects Good understanding of Italian and international codes and regulations Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience coordinating junior engineers in multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills International project experience is a plus Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of Revit/BIM workflows and electrical design and sizing software is advantageous Professional registration or equivalent qualification is advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management Mentorship and leadership of junior engineers Collaborative teamwork across disciplines Power distribution Lighting Fire alarm systems
