Responsabilità

Lead design and evolution of data-centric apps and platform services Define engineering standards, APIs, and reusable capabilities Build ingestion, processing, storage, serving, monitoring components for analytics Translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions Contribute to data models, semantic layers,



and shared services for dashboards and data products Promote AI-assisted development practices and specification-driven engineering Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities for business value Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, security, observability, and cost efficiency Mentor developers and foster a culture of learning and innovation

Requisiti fondamentali

Strong software engineering or platform engineering background Solid backend development experience, ideally in .NET-based environments Experience designing data-intensive applications, APIs, or platform services Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, storage, serving and analytics Experience using AI-assisted software development tools Familiarity with specification-driven engineering approaches such as OpenSpec Genuine interest in AI and cutting-edge technology Ability to evolve engineering practices through automation and new tools Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills communication collaboration mentoring .NET backend development data ingestion and processing APIs and integrations
