Overview In this role you will support and improve Eaton's SIOP process across EMEA, translating market trends into aligned demand and supply assumptions. You’ll collaborate with country leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance forecast maturity and operational planning. You’ll act as a data-driven partner to translate growth plans into actionable planning inputs, shaping regional governance and long-term outlooks. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on supply chain performance and business outcomes.

Support the monthly SIOP process and cadence Collect, validate and analyze demand, supply, inventory and backlog data Prepare standard reports,



dashboards and materials for SIOP reviews Ensure timely completion of SIOP actions and governance adherence Improve country forecast maturity and consistency of market assumptions across EMEA Bridge local market knowledge with regional SIOP governance to align planning inputs Support 12- to 24-month demand outlooks and scenario planning

Requisiti fondamentali
