Overview In this role you support the Health & Safety Management System by working with the RSPP to promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. You will help implement preventive measures, perform risk assessments, and keep safety documentation up to date. Responsabilità
Serve as the internal reference for Occupational Health & Safety matters and support day-to-day activities of the Prevention and Protection Service Assist in implementing and improving H&S; measures to ensure compliance with legislation Coordinate with HR, managers, RLS, and others to manage safety activities Update and maintain DVR and specific risk assessments and related procedures Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and monitor corrective actions Manage compliance calendars for statutory obligations and health surveillance Support incident reporting, emergency management,
and H&S; training activities Assist managing contractors and coordination with clients and subcontractors on required safety documentation Plan and conduct internal/external audits and safety meetings, tracking improvement actions Promote a positive safety culture through communication and awareness initiatives Handle administrative tasks for the Prevention and Protection Service
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Prevention Techniques or a related technical discipline ASPP qualification per Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Modules A and B); further specialist qualifications are advantageous 4–6 years of experience in occupational health & safety in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or service environments Strong knowledge of Italian OHS legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008) Familiarity with ISO 45001 OHSMS; ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus Experience in inspections, internal audits, and risk assessment activities Good command of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organization, priority management, and attention to detail Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with stakeholders Proactive, autonomous, problem-solving mindset Ability to collaborate across all parties involved in OHS management Good communication and practical, hands-on approach to business operations proactive collaborative strong communication ISO 45001 knowledge ISO 9001 familiarity (plus) risk assessment techniques
