Overview In this role you will drive the development of new accessory collections from ideation to GO STYLE, balancing aesthetics with feasibility, cost, and quality. You’ll collaborate with Style and Marketing to ensure timely mock-ups and prototypes in line with Maison standards. You will coordinate with industrial stakeholders to align creative briefs with production and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position that shapes how new products enter the market and meet luxury standards.

Responsabilità

Manage requests for new collection development aligned with Marketing briefs Source materials, techniques, or suppliers per project brief Monitor mock-ups/prototypes and conduct weekly development follow-ups Supplier follow-up and development/office orders Oversee special order samples, deliveries,



and dispatch Plan creative briefs through to the GO STYLE phase Develop reuse/circular creativity approaches Apply Design to Cost principles while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering or similar 5/7 years in product development for accessories (metal, leather, multiple materials) Project management experience Interest in leather goods and understanding of luxury market Knowledge of leather goods development/design is a plus Good knowledge of Office suite and PLM Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus Frequent travel within Italy and France Dynamism Proactivity Motivation Office suite PLM Leather goods development/design knowledge
