Overview In this role you support Strategic Planning for the LH segment within Allianz Italy, collaborating with actuarial, accounting, risk and LH teams to shape the planning cycle, monitoring, and forecasts. You drive quantitative analyses to inform CFO decisions and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure coordinated planning and execution, in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment. This is a chance to influence planning at a group-wide level with a focus on LH performance.

Responsabilità

Design and coordinate Strategic Planning for LH companies within Allianz S.p.A. Group Conduct monitoring and quantitative analyses to support CFO and functional decisions Assist in regular forecasting in coordination with Local and Group departments Contribute to implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requisiti fondamentali

Master's degree in Economics,



Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent Experience (e.g. 1 year) in Insurance companies, preferably within Planning & Controlling and/or Actuarial Department Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI knowledge ChatGPT or AI equivalent tool Programming skills will be considered as a plus Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and learning agility, with strong result-orientation and problem-solving capabilities Strong team-working orientation, able to deliver under tight deadlines while managing multiple work streams Good communication and presentation skills Fluent in Italian and English Strong analytical and quantitative mindset Team-oriented collaboration Good communication and presentation skills Excel Access PowerPoint
