Overview In this role you will drive sales, profitability and cash flow for a defined set of Key Accounts in your region. You will manage partnerships, align with company goals and grow the Technogym Wellness System (TWS) across accounts. You’ll oversee agreements, forecasts, and governance, ensuring seamless transitions and high client satisfaction. Achieve regional sales, profitability and cash flow targets for Key Accounts Plan and control Key Account activities to align with company goals Directly manage and nurture partnerships with Key Accounts Prepare, implement and monitor regional agreements with Key Accounts Maximize opportunities within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS)



to drive growth Oversee handover of accounts between team members to maintain client value Regularly manage and update the group account forecast Ensure adherence to corporate governance and company policies Guarantee compliance with the Technogym cultural model and procedures

Requisiti fondamentali

5–7 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development with a track record of targets Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred) Proven ability to prepare and execute strategic plans for Key Accounts Strong relationship management and solution selling skills Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English; additional languages a plus Knowledge of corporate governance standards and ability to implement in regional context proactive relationship skills ethical and down-to-earth account forecasting and planning strategic account management agreements negotiation and regional control
