Overview As an AI Engineer at Nadara, you will design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions to support our AI transformation and operational efficiency. You’ll bridge research and production, owning full lifecycle from discovery to deployment and championing responsible AI. You’ll work within the Digital and IT team to integrate AI with data platforms and enterprise workflows. This role offers hands-on influence on our AI initiatives while collaborating across functions and locations.

Responsabilità

Design and build AI solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio (custom copilots, agents, connectors) Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate processes and connect AI with systems Build and operationalise AI models and pipelines on Azure AI Foundry (OpenAI, Search, Prompt Flow, fine-tuning) Integrate AI with Nadara data platforms (Snowflake, Cortex AI features) Collaborate with data engineers, domain experts and stakeholders to define use cases and translate requirements Monitor, secure and ensure compliant,



reliable performance of deployed AI solutions Evaluate new AI tools and vendor offerings with evidence-based recommendations Publish, configure and manage AI components for Microsoft 365/Teams environments Demonstrate knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices (Git, CI/CD, monitoring)

Requisiti fondamentali

2+ years of genAI experience and 4+ years experience in Power Automate, data science or ML landscape Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry services (OpenAI, Search, Prompt Flow) and responsible AI tooling Programming experience in Python, SQL and/or .NET; familiarity with LangChain or Semantic Kernel is a plus Experience with cloud data platforms; Snowflake and Cortex AI capabilities are a plus Understanding of MLOps and LLMOps practices (version control, deployment, monitoring) English fluency; other European languages are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science; Master’s desirable in data, ML or genAI Portfolio of AI projects or POC work valued Travel readiness for hybrid/office locations structured and organized proactive and solution-oriented clear communicator Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Automate (cloud flows, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, 3rd-party APIs) Azure AI Foundry (Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow)
