Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of investment projects in a global setting, aligning technical and organizational aspects to deliver practical equipment solutions. You engage with suppliers, affiliates, and plant managers to ensure aligned, cross-functional progress and knowledge transfer. You identify best practices and coordinate from definition to commissioning, supporting affiliates in issue resolution. You work to implement Prysmian’s strategy through concrete technical characteristics and timely, budgeted project plans. This is a transformational, hands-on leadership role in a multinational, cross-disciplinary environment.

Analyze and validate international project proposals from affiliates/plants Lead and facilitate technical discussions with suppliers and affiliates Coordinate with internal customers and local teams to ensure aligned needs Assist local teams in issue management and knowledge transfer Identify best practices and drive benchmarking for group-wide adoption Define main technical characteristics of equipment for investments Set project timing and budgets for evaluation/approval Coordinate all steps from project definition to commissioning and start-up Support affiliates in solving process and machinery issues

Requisiti fondamentali

>10 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing) Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree English proficiency and native Italian speaker CAD design experience is a plus On-field (plant) experience is a plus Good communication, negotiation and teamwork skills Ability to navigate inter-departmental and multicultural environments Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and involve colleagues in implementing them Availability to travel strong communication negotiation teamwork CAD design experience project coordination from definition to commissioning budgeting and scheduling for investments
