Overview As Global Machine Learning Engineer, you accelerate the delivery and scaling of AI across Campari Group, focusing on Revenue Growth Management, forecasting, pricing optimisation and commercial analytics. You will transform prototypes into production-grade AI products, enabling measurable revenue, margin and efficiency gains. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable ML solutions at global scale and ensure governance, monitoring and sustainable adoption.

Responsabilità

Design, develop, validate and maintain ML models for forecasting, pricing and promotion optimisation Build scalable forecasting and decision-support models across demand, sales and commercial planning Create optimisation engines to support revenue growth decisions and trade investments Transform prototypes into production-ready AI products with robust MLOps pipelines Enable RGM use cases with predictive analytics and embedded forecasting into workflows Support model explainability, governance,



monitoring and responsible AI practices Integrate ML outputs into enterprise platforms and dashboards; automate data pipelines Partner with stakeholders to prioritise use cases and promote adoption across markets

Requisiti fondamentali

7+ years in ML engineering, data science, data engineering or related roles Proven experience deploying ML models in production Experience with forecasting, optimisation, or commercial analytics Ability to work in complex, international environments and translate prototypes into scalable products Strong programming in Python and familiarity with ML libraries Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Services, Azure ML, Databricks) and MLOps Understanding of model explainability, monitoring and performance management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field Fluent English Strong analytical mindset Problem-solving and prioritisation Cross-functional collaboration Python and ML libraries/frameworks Azure AI Services / Azure Machine Learning Databricks
