Overview In this role you lead the end-to-end recruitment for the Build pillar, shaping the sales talent pipeline and supporting core HR operations. You partner with hiring managers to maintain hiring velocity and a consistent strategy, while driving onboarding, HR admin, and culture initiatives. You’ll administer HRIS data integrity and support team engagement to sustain a people-first, high-growth environment. Own full-cycle recruitment for the Build pillar, from briefing and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to ensure pipeline health, strategy consistency,



and fast hiring velocity Execute core HR operations tasks and manage onboarding lifecycle and local compliance Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters Administer HiBob as central HRIS to maintain data integrity, run reports, and streamline workflows Design and drive internal engagement initiatives and culture events

Requisiti fondamentali

2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in high-volume sales in a fast-paced environment Interest in expanding into HR operations, employee engagement, and data administration Comfort with HRIS/ATS platforms and process automation Hands-on, collaborative, and willing to tackle sourcing, onboarding, and admin tasks Analytical and proactive with an ability to turn data into improvements Strong communication delivering positive candidate experiences strong communication proactive problem-solving collaboration experience with HRIS/ATS platforms data reporting and analytics process automation to improve efficiency
