Overview In this role you will lead all financial activities for the specified country, ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance, and reporting to enable scalable growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliant books in a global environment and support local regulatory requirements. You will drive improvements in month‑end close, payroll oversight, and tax reporting while collaborating with a distributed payroll ecosystem. Responsabilità

Oversee and develop all financial activities in the country, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting with improvements to period end closing focus Prepare and manage ledger entries, payroll, tax benefits, and contributions reports for regulatory bodies such as social security tax authorities, insurance, pension companies, and others Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including intercompany banking, customers, vendors, and accruals,



ensuring accuracy and compliance Monitor day-to-day transactions, maintain up-to-date books, and prepare comprehensive financial and administrative reports as required Ensure timely and accurate submissions to tax authorities (VAT, CIT, Social Security & others) Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations made by our local Payroll Manager, oversee payroll software selection and integration, and address any issues related to payroll information and reporting

Requisiti fondamentali

ACCA/CPA or local equivalent is mandatory Minimum of 5+ years as an accountant in high-tech companies Proficiency in managing Payroll ERP systems; Netsuite experience is advantageous Experience in a global environment with diverse financial regulations Strong Excel and office skills for data analysis and reporting Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of local languages beneficial Self-motivated, autonomous, detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Service-oriented with ability to collaborate within a team strong communication detail-oriented autonomous and self-motivated Payroll ERP systems Netsuite (advantageous) financial reporting
