Overview

In this role you will commission and support on-site control systems, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will interpret electrical schematics, develop commissioning documentation, and verify CE compliance and safety-related aspects of controls solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable automated solutions across the EMEA region. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy position that shapes the delivery of complex automation projects.

Responsabilità

- Commission control systems on-site, including electrical and PLC software commissioning
- Provide support for system testing and end-user training
- Produce commissioning documentation: checklists, test specs, method statements, risk assessments




- Interpret electrical schematics and input information
- Ensure CE compliance to Machinery Directive
- Commission safety-related parts per BS EN ISO 13849/13850/60204 and related standards

Requisiti fondamentali

- Educational background in Electrical/Controls Engineering
- Good understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA development and commissioning software
- Hands-on electrical commissioning experience
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic manuals and drawings
- Understanding of bus systems
- Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally
- Full driver’s license
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (preferred)
