Overview

In this role you will lead project planning, monitoring, and execution from kickoff to machinery installation at the customer site. You’ll ensure technology, quality, reliability, schedule, and cost targets are met within a matrix organization. You will coordinate with multiple departments to align orders, planning, and deliveries while keeping stakeholders informed. This is a hands-on role shaping project outcomes and contributing to efficient, on-time implementations in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità

- Plan, monitor and manage GD projects to meet tech, quality, reliability, schedule and cost targets
- Coordinate order processing to delivery, aligning with other departments and customer deadlines
- Monitor progress and recommend schedule, cost,



or resource adjustments to ensure on-time completion
- Maintain clear communication on project status and priorities to achieve objectives in time, budget, and realization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Engineering (or equivalent)
- 4+ years in Project Management within a structured/matrix organization
- Experience tracking project budgets and assessing risk
- Fluent in English (B2/C1)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and MS Project)
- Negotiation skills and conflict management
- Decision-making and problem-solving attitude
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
