ppWe are looking for an Operations Project Manager to join our Corporate office in Uboldo (VA). /ppThe role reports to the Head of Operations Project Manager /ppLocation: Uboldo (VA) /ph3Mission /h3pThe Operations Project Manager ensures that internal strategic operations projects and high-value client contracts are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The PM owns projects end-to-end, from concept through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders while safeguarding safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop project charters, scopes of work, and execution plans defining goals, deliverables, timelines, resource needs, and success metrics. /liliBuild detailed schedules, track milestones, and identify/mitigate risks across complex, multi-phase projects, including equipment installations, facility expansions, production line modifications, and infrastructure upgrades. /liliCoordinating cross-functional teams towards goals and milestones. /liliSet and control budgets, perform cost estimates, monitor expenditures, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with financial targets. /liliServe as the primary link between executive leadership, plant management, engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and customers, providing regular status updates and reporting to the steering committee. /liliEnsure adherence to health, safety,
