Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for Project Managers for our Rome Laurentina office.

Resources will be included in the "Defence & Government Business" Line of Business (LoB), whose mission is to manage divisional business with reference to clients belonging to Public Administration (central and local).

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the achievement of program/project objectives, guaranteeing the achievement of operational milestones,



as well as full compliance with contractual agreements and the quality of results; aimed at building and consolidating a relationship of trust with the Customer (external/internal);

- Guaranteeing in full autonomy the economic and financial management of the program/project order, ensuring correct progress and monitoring of projects in the "Business Execution" phases by interfacing with the various stakeholders of the company functions and agreeing with the Head of the Business Line any corrective actions in order to ensure the success of the program/project and customer satisfaction;

- Supporting the "Business Winning" phases and identifying/building new business opportunities in line with the Business Area Strategy based on customer needs;

- Having full autonomy in managing both internal and external resources, also through the preparation of Capacity Plans;

- Ensuring full adherence to company processes, including the presentation of achieved results through the elaboration and presentation of dedicated metrics for operational and economic management monitoring;

- Ensuring adequate support to correct and adapt the formulation of propositions by assisting the proposed structures.

Educational Qualification:

STEM degree or equivalent experience.

Seniority:

Expert/Senior. Proven experience in Project Management/Technical Project Leader roles is required. For Expert profiles, at least 3 years of experience are required,



while for Senior profiles, at least 5 years of experience are required.

Technical and IT knowledge and skills:

- Knowledge of main Project Management and Planning methodologies;

- Ability to manage highly complex projects;

- Ability to analyze/define requirements, including technical ones, and to estimate/negotiate effort;

- Ability to analyze risks/opportunities and identify related actions;

- Understanding of contractual frameworks and their implications, both for Customer contracts and for supply chain management;

- Knowledge of planning and active and passive life cycle management procedures and tools (e.g. SAP);

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, allowing even complex data processing;

- Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project);

- Experience in managing projects that have involved the creation of applications with state-of-the-art architectures (e.g. microservices) is required. Areas of particular interest are: Migration of applications to the Cloud; Secure by Design; Knowledge of the main aspects in Cyber Security.

Language skills:

B2 level English language proficiency.

- Strong aptitude for teamwork;

- Problem-solving and results orientation;

- Negotiation skills.

Other:

- Availability for short - medium term national transfers;

- Project/Service Management certifications (e.g. PMI-PMP, ITIL, Prince2 foundation/Practitioner) are welcome.
