In this role, you shape Costa’s Casino customer engagement strategy, turning insights into compelling guest experiences and measurable commercial results. You will work across Customer Marketing, CRM, and Global Gaming to align campaigns with commercial goals and deliver high-impact initiatives at scale. You’ll connect strategy with execution through cross-functional collaboration with Carnival Global Gaming and Costa partners. This is an opportunity to drive loyalty, revenue growth, and meaningful guest journeys in a global hospitality context.

Responsabilità

- Plan and activate Casino promotional campaigns translating priorities into engagement initiatives
- Connect Carnival Global Gaming with Costa marketing and commercial functions to align campaigns, offers, and journeys
- Define audience strategies and govern promotions, discounts, vouchers, and eligibility criteria
- Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales Channels, IT, CRM,



and external partners
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve loyalty and growth

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5–10 years in Customer Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, or Commercial Planning with a track record of customer-focused initiatives
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign management, segmentation, loyalty programs, and data-driven engagement
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and align multiple stakeholders across functions
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using insights and performance data to drive improvements
- Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation with governance and activation frameworks
- Excellent communication, influencing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluency in English and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset
