ph3Corporate Controller with focus on processes and tools /h3 /brpReporting to the Corporate Planning Reporting Manager, you will be in charge of: /p /brul /br liDraw up periodic Group consolidated financial reports for internal use: monthly performance reviews, Shareholders alignments, Board of Directors meetings, as mains; /li /br liPeriod-end deep-dived analysis of the Group performance, variances investigation vs planned figures, proposal of possible corrective measures and efficiency opportunities; /li /br liSupport the consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term planning; /li /br liPrepare Financial calendar for periodic reporting planning processes (Forecast / Budget / Long Range Plan), monitoring of deadlines and prompt escalation if activities not in line; /li /br liIndustrialize the reporting processes: from the automatic creation of Business Area templates to be submitted to the Corporate, to the publishing of the Group financial and operational performance, commentary included, walking through the consolidation process /li /br liAutomatize the preparation of recurring reports requested by global functions /li /br liCollaborate with corporate ICT department to leverage to the maximum the RPA opportunities and free up time for financial and operational business analysis /li /br liDesign and cascade planning reporting procedures to spread Group standards among business areas and grant common alignment /li /br liDrive operating reporting planning execution to excellence, through the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools and guidelines /li /br liPropose and carry out projects aimed at broaden finance data content availability, to improve business analysis and accelerate insights generation /li /br liSet up ad hoc analyses, as per requirements received, to properly support the decision-making process; /li /br liDesign and implement suitable financial controls as the business grows.



/li /br /ul /brh3The Candidate /h3 /brul /br liBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; /li /br li5+ years’ experience in similar role within multinationals or management consulting firms; /li /br liExcellent knowledge of reporting planning systems: PBI, SAC is a plus, other EPM tools such as OneStream, Anaplan, Board /li /br liExcellent use of Excel and Power Point /li /br liExcellent mastering of data visualization and story telling /li /br liExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods; /li /br liStrong experience in consolidated reporting and ability to analyze reporting packages in terms of accuracy and performance; /li /br liFluency in English is a must; /li /br /ul /brpLocation Bologna /p /brpComplete the profile a growth and open-minded attitude, a collaborative and team player approach, together with the ability to build strong relationships across different areas.
