Overview

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent for our high-performance F1 team. You’ll partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, source a diverse candidate pool, and guide candidates from screening to onboarding. You’ll stay ahead of TA trends and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced, international environment. This is your chance to influence talent strategy in a world-class racing organization.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates via diverse methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to build a broad talent pool
- Ensure timely completion of selection processes and adjust search strategies with HR Partners as needed
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess fit for role and culture
- Manage candidate experience with clear communication throughout recruitment
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities for smooth operations
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed




- Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
- Facilitate onboarding including paperwork, orientation, and integration
- Stay current on TA trends and recommend continuous improvements
- Work in a young, collaborative, international environment with tailored training and events

- Participate in Red Bull Wingfinder assessment (recommended) to gauge strengths and potential

Requisiti fondamentali

- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for diverse roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and accountable with discretion for confidential information
- Travel up to 10%
