Overview

In this role you will shape and manage Experian's digital onboarding product portfolio across Italy, the Balkans, and France. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to define strategy, conduct market research, and deliver competitive, regulatory-aligned propositions. You will drive GTM approaches, pricing, and partnerships to enable growth and adoption. The position offers exposure to multi-market onboarding challenges, identity verification, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders in financial services.

Responsabilità

- Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital onboarding products from market research to go-to-market and continuous improvement
- Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities across regions
- Define and prioritize product requirements aligned with strategy, regulation, and client needs
- Collaborate with technology, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful development, launch, and adoption




- Support pre-sales activities including client presentations and expertise plans
- Develop product positioning, pricing models, and value propositions for Italian, Balkan, and French ecosystems
- Monitor product performance and client satisfaction, recommending improvements for growth
- Evaluate and manage strategic partnerships to enhance onboarding propositions and ensure integration of partner solutions
- Represent Experian in industry forums and with partners to promote digital onboarding and identity verification

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, CS, or related field
- 5+ years in product/proposition management or similar in FinTech, financial services, or digital identity
- Knowledge of digital onboarding, KYC, AML, and identity verification solutions
- Experience launching B2B digital products
- Excellent project management and analytical skills
- Technical skills to perform assessments/POCs
- Fluency in Italian and English
