ppbPeoItaly /b, an employment agency authorised by the Italian Ministry of Labour, is conducting this search on behalf of a bconfidential international general contractor specialising in the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical Data Centre projects across Europe /b. /p pThe client is currently looking to appoint an bElectrical Engineer /b to join the project team supporting a major Data Centre development in the Milan area. /p pThe selected candidate will be employed directly by the client and work primarily on site, supporting the coordination and delivery of electrical systems from technical review and installation through testing, commissioning preparation and handover. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for Electrical Engineers with experience in complex construction environments who are comfortable working closely with subcontractors, site teams and multidisciplinary engineering functions. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the delivery of electrical works in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, quality requirements and the project programme. /li liCoordinate with electrical subcontractors and provide technical guidance throughout installation activities. /li liManage, review and coordinate electrical drawings and related technical documentation. /li liMonitor electrical installation activities and ensure that works are progressing in line with project requirements and agreed schedules. /li liSupport the planning and prioritisation of activities within the electrical technical team. /li liVerify subcontractor compliance with project procedures, technical requirements and site standards. /li liIdentify technical issues during construction and apply appropriate troubleshooting and corrective-action processes. /li liCoordinate with construction, engineering, quality,



commissioning and other project disciplines to resolve technical interfaces. /li liMaintain accurate technical records, registers and project documentation. /li liPrepare and coordinate system handover documentation, test packs and supporting records. /li liSupport the inspection, testing and preparation of electrical systems for commissioning and final handover. /li liMonitor compliance with site Health Safety requirements and promote safe working practices among subcontractors. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve working methods, site safety and the overall efficiency of electrical activities. /li liSupport high standards of site organisation and housekeeping throughout the electrical works. /li liParticipate in proactive site safety observation, reporting and continuous-improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 pWe are interested in candidates with: /p ul liA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or another relevant electrical engineering qualification. /li liApproximately b5 years or more of relevant professional experience /b in electrical engineering, site engineering or a comparable project-delivery role. /li liPrevious experience within an bME contractor, general contractor or similarly complex construction environment /b. /li liPractical understanding of electrical installation activities and the coordination of electrical subcontractors. /li liExperience reviewing electrical drawings and technical documentation.
