Overview

As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you contribute to the design, analysis, and oversight of clinical trials to advance innovative therapies. You will work closely with investigators and site staff to ensure study quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. The role involves on-site monitoring, data review, and documentation as part of a collaborative team. You will travel and operate in a fast-paced environment, driving trial integrity and timely delivery of study milestones.

Responsabilità

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process




- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate smooth study conduct
- Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate after certification as per Italian Law
- Prior experience in Oncology Trials
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
