Overview

In this role you coordinate and govern complex projects and programmes to deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align scope, timelines, risks, and reporting with client needs and product strategy. You contribute to improving delivery predictability and cross-functional coordination while maintaining high standards of client success and product quality. You will support continuous improvement of PM frameworks and adopt best practices in a fast-paced, professional environment. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape delivery across financial software projects in Milan.

Responsabilità

- Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, aligning with client needs, product specifications, and company strategy
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with quality and deadline adherence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Development, Application Management & Support) to deliver projects efficiently
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues with accountability and timely resolution
- Maintain high standards of client success, customer care, and product quality across engagements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management frameworks, tools, and processes
- Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions
- Provide regular updates and reporting to management





Requisiti fondamentali

- BSC in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, client delivery, or programme coordination
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile, PMI, PRINCE2 and related tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Familiarity with trading workflows, financial market processes, and software deployment lifecycles
- Knowledge of DevOps, QA, and application support processes in software delivery
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical and business requirements
- Solid understanding of risk management, planning, and change control principles
- Demonstrated accountability, autonomy, and efficiency in managing complex client projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed orientation, and client-centric mindset
- Team-oriented with collaboration and mutual respect
- Ability to meet deadlines and remain composed under pressure
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
