How we Lime

Win together.

We’re all on this ride, together. We put the company’s interests ahead of our market, and our function. We speak up, ask difficult questions and suggest solutions for the good of all. We compete externally, not internally.

Obsess about our customers.

We innovate on behalf of our customers - riders, cities, and operators - and strive to understand them on a local level. We walk in their shoes and seek new ways to delight them.

We act as owners. We succeed by making disciplined investments and smart financial choices. We recognize that constraints drive creativity.

Raise the bar.

We consistently deliver top results. Yesterday’s wins are tomorrow’s expectations. We are always innovating to achieve the impossible and set a new precedent.

We seek out different perspectives, life experiences, and ideas because diversity makes our work and teams better. We create an inclusive environment where everyone can be themselves.

Build great teams.

We develop top talent because they are foundational to Lime’s success. We treat every new hire, promotion, and performance conversation as an opportunity to cultivate strong teams.

See clearly, with optimism.

We are clear-eyed about our challenges, and know that with planning, team work, and execution, we can tackle anything.

Challenge because we care.

We are direct and honest with one another, and seek truth over personal victory. We lead with curiosity and listen with an open mind.

Boldly commit.

We encourage debate, but once a decision is made, we commit fully by doing everything we can to achieve our goal.

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Feeling accepted, celebrated, and supported comes standard when you work at Lime.

Our Employee Resource Groups bring us together based on shared experiences.

“We encourage our teams to expand their knowledge, gain awareness and develop new skills, as we grow. Our goals can only be achieved through a truly diverse and inclusive workforce, where everyone feels valued and where you can bring your full self to work.” - Wayne Ting, CEO

Lime is hiring a Sr Program Manager, Repair Operations to build and scale the operating system for Repair Operations worldwide. We’re looking for a global transformation leader who can align markets around common operating standards and lead measurable improvements in repair quality, efficiency, and compliance. This pivotal role brings together continuous improvement, tooling, training, data, and cross-functional execution to build repeatable systems and help teams deliver consistent results at scale.

You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers in turning complex operational problems into scalable solutions—from diagnosing root causes and testing changes in live operations to validating impact and translating proven practices into global standards. You will partner closely with Local Operations, Central Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to build alignment, drive adoption, and embed sustainable change across markets.

This is a hybrid position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Milan to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

Own the global Repair Operations program, including the priorities, operating model, governance, and change-management approach required to improve performance across markets.

Lead and develop the global Repair Operations team, setting priorities, operating standards, and a consistent performance-management approach for a diverse team of project managers.

Design and scale a common Repair Operations management system, including global standards, operating cadences, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement routines.

Drive operational change across a large, globally distributed organization of repair Operations warehouses and frontline teams.

Build alignment and adoption across markets by influencing country and market leaders and securing the resources required to implement change.

Partner Knowledge Sharing to own the global Repair Operations training and certification strategy, including role-based curricula, standard work, train-the-trainer programs, certification requirements, and readiness criteria for core repair activities.

Own the Repair Operations measurement framework and source-of-truth reporting, ensuring that metrics are clearly defined, trusted, actionable, with good frontline visibility, and used consistently by frontline teams and leadership.

Own the Repair Operations tooling and equipment strategy, including operational requirements, standards, pilots,

maintenance, and adoption. Partner with Product and Engineering to test solutions, validate impact, and scale tools that enable safe, repeatable, high-quality repairs.

Core Performance Metrics

This role will own and be accountable for improving three dimensions of Repair Ops performance:

Quality: Successful trips generated from each repair.

Efficiency: High-quality repairs completed per unit of labor and materials input.

Compliance: Adherence to timekeeping, quality-control, required-maintenance, and spare-parts processes.

About You:

You have experience driving operational change in a large, globally distributed organization, particularly in repair operations, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or a similar environment.

You are a global transformation leader who can move from strategy and diagnosis through pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurable results.

You are passionate about improving processes to raise repair quality and team efficiency.

You use data to identify opportunities, understand root causes, and measure whether changes are working.

You can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling narrative that motivates teams and aligns senior stakeholders.

You have managed a team, set a high bar for execution, developed talent, and handled performance management effectively.

You are an effective cross-functional leader who can communicate clearly with frontline operators, peers, stakeholders, and senior leaders and influence with and without direct authority.

You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to complex problems, and maintain a strong sense of ownership through execution.

Preferred Experience:

7+ years of relevant experience in repair, warehouse, fleet, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management, including experience leading people in fact-paced, multinational environments and/or complex multi-country or global programs.

Experience with Lean/Kaizen, ISO or comparable quality-management systems, operational audits, and measurable control frameworks.

Strong analytical and operational-planning skills, with comfort working across data, dashboards, and business cases.

Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data teams to improve operational systems.

Experience designing training and certification programs for distributed frontline teams and managing tooling and equipment standards, operational pilots, and implementing solutions at scale.

Experience partnering with Supply Chain on spare-parts management, inventory accuracy, and replenishment
