Overview

In this role, you implement and maintain Health & Safety training, ensuring compliance and a standardized approach across Italy. You’ll lead learning plans, materials, and programs that enhance safety culture and wellbeing for all workers. You’ll collaborate with the Training & Learning Department and external providers to drive digital learning, onboarding, and Train-the-Trainer initiatives, while monitoring impact and reporting to leadership. This role sits at the heart of shaping a proactive safety culture across production sites and business units.

Responsabilità

- Develop and update Health & Safety training plans and skill matrices for diverse worker groups
- Define training standards, objectives, and minimum requirements across plants and units
- Create and review training materials; identify training needs and annual plans
- Lead onboarding and coaching programs for new workers; promote digital learning solutions
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs and practical learning formats; monitor completion and effectiveness
- Prepare reports and dashboards; manage Health & Safety training budget




- Collaborate with external providers and experts; ensure regulatory actions are implemented
- Develop and monitor safety culture and wellbeing programs across Italy; organize events/workshops/webinars
- Coordinate regional initiatives and Safety Day activities; ensure consistent deployment
- Support leadership communications on Health & Safety priorities and achievements
- Maintain communication materials (newsletters, videos, posters, presentations) and manage calendars
- Improve communication campaigns; promote best practices across regions and groups

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s Degree in Safety & Prevention Techniques or similar
- Health & Safety Trainer qualification
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, strong communication, versatility
- Experience in complex industrial environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to oversee training, wellbeing initiatives, and safety communications across multiple sites
