To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn and passionate Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about high-quality cuisine and ready to build the foundation for further professional development.

Your Tasks

- Supporting the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
- Working across different kitchen sections and learning the various processes
- Preparing the mise en place for daily service
- Assisting with Tasting Cube experiences and cooking classes
- Carefully handling fresh, seasonal and regional products
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Complying with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards
- Handling food and working materials carefully and efficiently
- Actively supporting the team during service and closing procedures
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills

Your Profile

- Completed culinary training or initial professional experience in a kitchen
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and regional products
- Eagerness to learn,

- Independent, careful and reliable working style
- Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- High quality standards and attention to detail
- Very good German or English skills; Italian is an advantage
