Clearance Required: Secret

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience; or an equivalent combination of related training and experience and industry-relevant certifications.

Experience Required: A minimum of five (5) years within various disciplines in the IT function with at least one (1) year working with NIST 800-171 and/or Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Job Summary: This position will provide essential security, program, administrative, equipment management, and communications support to ensure the unit maintains operational readiness, safeguards classified information and resources, complies with all applicable regulations and directives, and efficiently manages administrative processes.

Essential Duties:

- Monitor the Enterprise Contact Intelligence (ECI) system for foreign travel and foreign contact requests.
- Maintain current knowledge of Information Security (INFOSEC) and Personnel Security (PERSEC) policies and procedures, including SECURE.
- Update personnel security records in the Unit Security Manager (USM) tracker and Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Provide required security for all classified components in squadron supplied storage areas.
- Serve as the primary source of programmatic information, consolidating and reporting unit compliance status to leadership.




- Serve as either a Primary or Alternate (at the discretion of the Unit Commander) for various programs including, but not limited to Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), TMT, My Force Support Squadron (myFSS), myEval, myBodyComposition (myBodyComp), myFitness, Combat Management System (CMS), LeaveWeb, Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM), etc.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions, including timekeeping, supply ordering, and facility security.

Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
