Overview

As Account Executive for PLM, you will nurture and expand an existing portfolio within large and medium enterprises, focusing on farming opportunities. You’ll drive cross-sell and upsell of PLM and AI solutions, coordinating with technical teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction. You’ll own the sales cycle from identification to closing and contribute to improving commercial processes in a high-performance environment. This role offers visibility with leading industrial clients and a clear path for growth within a structured sales organization.

Responsabilità

- Manage a large portfolio of existing enterprise accounts with a farming focus
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across PLM and AI solutions
- Leverage structured prospect lists to expand relationships and open new business lines




- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and customer satisfaction
- Drive the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to negotiation and closing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and best practices

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven experience selling PLM solutions
- Strong client-facing presence with credibility at multiple stakeholder levels
- Experience managing portfolios of medium-to-large enterprise customers in industrial/manufacturing/logistics environments
- Track record of farming activities (cross-selling/upselling) within existing accounts
- Solid understanding of PLM platforms; exposure to AI/digital transformation is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; proactive and goal-oriented mindset
