About the CompanyLegga la panoramica di questa possibilità per capire quali competenze sono richieste, incluse le soft skill pertinenti e la padronanza di pacchetti software.Responsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors.Responsibilities- In the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls.- Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations.- Provide direction and expertise during new product installations.- Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues.- Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors.- Represent Franklin Electric at trade shows and special events.- Write and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products.- Provide specialized training to specific customers.- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/high school technical diploma – electronics specialization- Three to five years of technical, sales, or related water systems or industry experience.Required Skills- Working knowledge of water systems in general, with specific knowledge of pumps, motors, drives and controls.- Excellent interpersonal,



presentation and communication skills.- Ability to develop strong working relationships with water systems professionals.- Be able to work independently with outstanding organizational skills.- Previous sales or service experience preferred.- Self-motivated and energetic personality with a desire to service the customer.- Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.- Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information.- Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.- Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature.- Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation.- Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions.- Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.- Travels up to 30 percent of the time.- Reads, writes, and speaks English fluently.- Knowledge of the basic MS office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)Pay range and compensation package- Employment terms & compensation: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria- Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30.000€ – 40.000€- Applications from candidates with different levels of seniority will be considered. xdwybme - The final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
