Are you a fresh graduate in a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Innovation Management or a related field?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Strategy Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.
The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:
Collecting and structuring business challenges, ideas, and use cases, while helping define owners, priorities, open questions, and follow-up actions
Supporting technology, market, and partner scouting to identify relevant innovation opportunities and enrich strategic discussions
Supporting the innovation portfolio and Proof of Concept initiatives by facilitating coordination and decision making
Maintaining the Innovation Hub’s working tools and knowledge base, and coordinating with internal Business Areas, Volkswagen Group Innovation, Group brands, startups, and selected external partners
Preparing concise presentations, workshop materials, KPI updates, reports, and decision-ready outputs for management, Innovation Steering Committees, and cross-functional stakeholders
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
Fresh graduation in a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Innovation Management or an equivalent field (please note that no thesis project is foreseen for this opportunity)
Fluent Italian and English, German is considered a plus
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to structure unorganized information and communicate it clearly
A proactive, curious, precise, and reliable approach
The ability to organize activities and work effectively with different stakeholders
Knowledge of innovation management practices and general technology trends (familiarity with Design Thinkin g is considered a plus)
Clear written and verbal communication, combined with effective teamwork skills
Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 Copilot (experience with Notion or other collaboration and AI tools is considered a plus)
