Overview In this apprentice role you support patients and field staff by addressing technical issues and monitoring ECG data. You work within the Italian Technical Support Team to ensure timely resolutions and smooth device operations. The role combines daily data review, patient assistance, and coordination with logistics and sales partners to uphold care standards. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes through reliable device performance and responsive service.

Responsabilità

- Daily monitoring of detected arrhythmia ECG episodes, assess patient compliance, identify missing data transmissions
- Provide direct patient support for technical issues and collaborate with Territory Managers to resolve cases
- Compile daily reports and document patient-related complaints and resolved issues
- Handle patient hotline inquiries during office hours (08:30–13:00 and 14:00–17:30)




- Participate in nocturnal and weekend shifts on a rotational basis
- Coordinate with logistics partners, Territory Managers, and PSRs to organize equipment exchanges
- Perform general and baseline device checks after new fittings

Requisiti fondamentali

- Native Italian speaker with English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills; respectful, friendly, and team-oriented with effective internal and external communication
- University degree in scientific discipline or certification as a cardiology technician
