Overview

In this role you guide learning during business transformation, delivering bilingual training to Italian and English speakers. You’ll translate changes into practical learning journeys, lead change conversations, and support managers and teams through transitions. You’ll work on data-driven L&D initiatives aimed at strengthening capability and measuring impact. You’ll connect L&D with business needs across markets and advise on Talent processes, enabling a resilient culture of continuous development.

Responsabilità

- Design and facilitate learning experiences that support business transformation
- Deliver workshops and development programmes in Italian and English
- Guide managers and employees through organisational change
- Translate business changes into practical learning journeys
- Facilitate discussions, manage resistance, and create engagement
- Contribute to L&D; projects with a data-driven approach and measure learning impact




- Use data and feedback to identify needs and propose actions
- Act as Talent SPOC to connect L&D; with the business and ensure application of Talent processes
- Maintain alignment across initiatives and build strong internal relationships
- Translate insights into learning solutions and develop workshops based on project outcomes
- Improve existing trainings and propose new formats with focus on practical application and behaviour change

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent Italian and English (required for training delivery)
- Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development
- Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels
- Resilience and confidence in uncertain or resistant environments
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Empathy balanced with a results-oriented mindset
