Our Corporate Procurement function serves internal stakeholders across ABB’s Headquarter, while also driving Group-wide initiatives and strategic activities that impact the broader organization. Seize the opportunity and be part of this journey! /p pWork model: remote/hybrid ( remote) ( hybrid) /p pPreferred location: Europe /p h3You Will Be Mainly Accountable For /h3 ul liExecuting the implementation of Procurement Strategy in alignment with the relevant category team and business stakeholders. /li liPerforming purchasing activities according to required needs, specifications, price, delivery schedule and contractual terms.



/li liManaging cooperation with a portfolio of ABB approved suppliers and overseeing their performance to ensure performance, quality and compliance. /li liProviding market insights, analyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value and negotiating agreements with key suppliers. /li liEnsuring all sourcing events are conducted through the appropriate eSourcing tools, maintaining full control and integrity of supplier master data. /li liIdentifying and qualifying new suppliers in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support business needs, innovation and competitiveness. /li liInitiating and implementing cost‑out programs and optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets and drive process improvements. /li liCoordinating procurement orders and deliveries including maintaining accurate reports, updates and documentation within relevant systems. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liIdeally 5 years of experience in Procurement – preferably in Indirect Services Procurement within the categories Professional Services or equivalent extensive experience working directly in the HR, Consulting, Legal and/or Marketing category for which the role is intended to support. /li liStrong negotiation skills a solution‑oriented, analytical mindset.
