Overview In this role you lead validation activities for new product development in the Harvesting domain, shaping how new machines meet quality and performance targets. You collaborate with technical experts and test teams to define and execute comprehensive validation plans. You act as the validation voice in cross-functional NPI teams and drive continuous improvement across validation processes.
This is an hands-on leadership role at the intersection of development, testing, and field validation, with a clear impact on product reliability and project success.

Responsabilità
- Lead DVP planning for NPI and related projects, developing and approving validation plans with technical experts
- Coordinate validation activities across NPI, PDR, PCO, and CPM projects, including test prep, execution, data analysis, and field testing
- Provide validation leadership in NPI core teams, contribute to DFMEA and New Content Analysis, and drive high-quality test requests
- Manage validation resources and schedules, lead the machine fleet, prioritize usage, maintain BOM accuracy, and align test and machine schedules
- Ensure governance, reporting, continuous improvement through metrics, 8D problem resolution, ISO 9001 audit support, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in new product development and validation, preferably in agricultural machinery
- Strong understanding of validation principles and end-to-end machine systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, software)
- Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, documentation, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
