Overview

As Product Development Manager you will drive cost, quality, and time-to-market for new products within Technogym's R&D team. You’ll shape development strategies, ensure the Global Solution Process is applied and continuously improved, and coordinate design outsourcing and supplier co-design to boost innovation. You will lead a team, foster professional growth, and promote cross-domain collaboration across product development areas. This role offers a chance to influence product competitiveness at a global scale and contribute to Technogym’s health-focused mission.

Responsabilità

- Oversee end-to-end new product development from design to production start
- Drive objectives for cost, quality, time-to-market, and innovation
- Contribute to defining development strategies aligned with company goals
- Apply and improve the Global Solution Process (GSP) across projects
- Plan and develop team members' technical and managerial skills




- Manage outsourcing of design activities and co-design with external suppliers
- Promote cross-functional integration across product development areas

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience in R&D; and/or Design in structured companies
- Expert user of 3D CAD systems (preferably PTC Creo)
- Project management experience with cost and deadline objectives
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, processes and cost drivers
- Knowledge of competitive products and platform products technologies
- Familiarity with SPG and BOM management in ERP systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- English fluency (min CEFR B2)
