Overview
In this role you partner with site leadership to deliver an exceptional employee experience and maintain organizational health. You balance hands-on presence with strategic insight, using data and HR technology to inform decisions and mitigate risk. You will lead engagement, safety, and culture initiatives across multiple sites, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive impactful outcomes. This role offers influence over people strategies at scale within a dynamic Amazon facility environment.
Responsabilità
- Foster two-way communication and strengthen relationships between employees and leadership through Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks
- Design and execute engagement and recognition programs to boost employee satisfaction
- Develop an inclusive work environment and establish Employee Resource Groups with equitable talent practices
- Maintain a strong on-site presence and proactively identify concerns before escalation
- Assess workplace conditions through site walks and ensure safety and facility standards meet Amazon expectations
- Lead strategic community initiatives with Public Policy and Public Relations
- Establish early warning risk systems using data insights for high-judgment decisions
- Execute core PXT processes with audits to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with shared services and cross-functional partners for seamless service delivery
- Lead analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to uncover trends and improve employee experience
- Drive adoption of HR tech and self-service tools while preserving high-touch support for sensitive matters
- Coach leaders on performance management and people development
- Support change initiatives and translate change into local routines
- Set goals for culture transformation and build organizational health and leadership capability
- Contribute to staffing, succession planning, and talent evaluations within PXT
- Participate in performance management and recognition practices across the team
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Knowledge of local labor law
- Experience as a human resources generalist
- Experience with HR theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development
- Experience supporting hourly employee client group
- Experience with MS Office and HR Information Systems
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred)
- Experience assessing management and executive talent (preferred)
- Experience developing HR compensation plans (preferred)
- Experience in HR for companies with 250–500+ associates (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building
- High judgment and decision-making under ambiguity
- Collaborative and influencing skills
