Overview

In this role you support purchasing planning and logistics coordination to ensure on-time, full deliveries across international suppliers. You work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to maintain material flow and business continuity. Responsabilità

- Manage purchasing planning activities and issue purchase orders to support production and business needs
- Coordinate with international suppliers, purchasing teams, and manufacturing plants to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delays and urgent situations




- Oversee inbound shipments from APAC suppliers, including freight forwarders and customs coordination
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export and logistics processes

Requisiti fondamentali

- 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, planning, logistics, or similar supply chain role in an international environment
- Experience with overseas suppliers, especially APAC, and familiarity with international transportation and customs processes
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent Italian with good written and spoken English
- Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
