Overview

In this role you design and elevate People Analytics across Kering to enable data-driven decisions. You will act as HR reporting SME, building scalable analytics for Houses and Group HR. You’ll evolve reporting from descriptive to AI-enabled insights and help raise data literacy. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create value through predictive analytics and workforce planning. This is a transformation-focused opportunity at a leading luxury group.

Responsabilità

- Design, develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics in Workday and Power BI
- Translate business requirements into user-centric reporting solutions for HR and stakeholders
- Build cross-functional dashboards combining HR and business data
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives including predictive analytics and attrition modelling
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging analytics capabilities
- Ensure data quality, governance and a scalable analytics environment




- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of HR reporting solutions
- Promote data literacy via training and enablement for HR teams
- Act as trusted advisor to HR stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's degree in a related field
- Significant experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics or BI roles
- Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience translating business needs into reporting solutions for senior stakeholders
- Solid understanding of HR data and analytics methodologies
- Experience with advanced analytics or AI-enabled analytics is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, international and matrix environments
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
